Mechtrix THB® Terminal Applicators offer state-of-the-art applicator and tooling designs developed by innovative manufacturing processes and over 30+ years of progressive crimp form geometry research and development.
Our proprietary Mechtrix Crimp-Cadd® Applicator Tooling Design Program has been continuously improved through feedback from customers utilizing our tooling and designs in real world applications. Combined with Mechtrix’s dedication to quality and years of expertise, Mechtrix is able to provide you with high quality, low cost terminal applicators.
S3B Side Feed Terminal Applicator
The Mechtrix / THB® S3B Side Feed Applicator is designed to be used in both bench mounted and fully automatic machines. The S3B Applicator features independent adjustment of both the conductor and insulation crimp heights over a 2mm range in .02mm increments. Additionally, the S3B Applicator has a corrosion resistant plating and all replacement parts are clearly laser engraved for easy identification.
